Quality Management: Procedures Manual (PM)

A project Procedures Manual (PM) is produced for every ASONIC ASSOCIATES LTD project.

The Procedures Manual will contain the detailed instruction that describes, either directly or by reference to Standards, how the project will be executed within the terms of the Contract.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the preparation, distribution and updating of the Procedures Manual. This will include, if necessary, gaining the Client’s approval that the finished product provides a satisfactory representation of the requirements for the execution of the project.

The above are detailed ASONIC ASSOCIATES LTD’ procedures, which govern the way in which we do our work. They apply entirely or in a very large part to almost every project undertaken. They form the basis of the Procedures Manual and will be referenced therein where they are applicable and where parts need to be amended to suit the project and circumstances.
